I've been looking for petite ski trousers recently, and it seems that the Halma Ladies trousers are now out of stock. However, North Face Youth Freedom Insulated pant is very much in petite ladies' sizes, as long as you are a relatively small dress size and I've also found that Schoffel make their Savona and Lara pants in short leg (find at http://www.snowandrock.com), although they are rather pricey.
